Thelma joined Keystone Solicitors as a Partner in 2020. She combines technical legal know-how with business savvy to provide commercially pragmatic solutions to clients, and has been praised for excellent transaction and client management.

Her areas of expertise include general corporate, capital markets, M&A, financing, labour, tax, and compliance. Thelma also has over a decade’s experience in law practice management spanning operations, strategy, business development, compliance, and risk management. Immediately prior to joining Keystone Solicitors, she was Chief Operating Officer at ENSafrica Ghana. In 2020 she was recognised in the Glitz Africa Women of the Year issue as one of 73 leading corporate women in Ghana. Thelma enjoys long runs, hiking and reading novels.
