Professor Elikem Nutifafa Kuenyehia (“ENK”) is widely regarded as a leading corporate and commercial lawyer. The Legal 500 has named him one of only three law firm leaders, and the only one of his generation, clients consider to be a Hall of Famer “at the pinnacle of the legal profession in Ghana”.

He advises fast growth entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals, families and closely held companies in respect of the accumulation, management and protection of wealth.

He is most noted for starting Oxford & Beaumont Solicitors in 2006. After successfully growing Oxford & Beaumont into a globally respected law firm, he initiated and jointly implemented the first fully integrated pan-African law firm merger to create ENSAfrica|Ghana.

He trained at Travers Smith LLP and subsequently worked at Linklaters LLP (during which period he was seconded to Barclays Capital). He was also part of the start-up team that established United Bank of Africa’s Ghana business.

Considered a thought leader in entrepreneurship in Africa, he is Professor of Practice to the Faculty of Business, Humanities and Social Sciences at UK’s University of Buckingham, focused on Entrepreneurship and Leading Professional Service Firms, both in an African context, and Board Leadership and Governance.

He serves on the boards of State Interest and Governance Authority (as representative of His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, President of the Republic of Ghana), Goldkey Properties and Sentinel Asset Management. Previous board memberships include Google Ghana Limited, Chase Petroleum Ghana and Hollard Insurance Ghana Limited.
