We also advise clients on various aspects of the energy sector including the petroleum and power sub-sectors. Our experience includes advising clients in the sector on matters relating to joint ventures and strategic partnerships, and regulatory compliance including local content regulation.

Additionally, we assist developers, contractors, buyers, and lessees across the entire property value chain. Our offering includes assisting with sale and acquisition of land and perfection of title, negotiating and drafting development, construction and engineering agreements, sale and purchase agreements, as well as property leasing agreements. We also assist developers with development and investment financing for their projects.
