Etornam founded Keystone Solicitors in 2015. He is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with a deep understanding of Ghana’s legal and regulatory environment. He combines in-depth commercial expertise, specialist knowledge and a highly practical approach to advising both local and international clients on complex commercial and regulatory issues. His areas of expertise include banking & finance, telecommunications, energy, mining, tax, M&A, capital markets, and private equity.

Before his legal career, Etornam was an audit associate and tax consultant at PwC Ghana where he provided assurance and tax advisory services to leading multinationals in a range of industries. Prior to founding Keystone Solicitors, he was a managing associate at Oxford & Beaumont Solicitors (now ENSafrica Ghana).
